In 2006, at WUMB's Summer Acoustic Music Week (SAMW), I was fortunate enough to meet Lorne Bassel who asked me to join him on this "Eva Cassidyesque" version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. My friend Claude Galinski was happening to be trying out the sound system that night and we therefore have a recording of the song. Included is Loren's touching introduction which became an unwitting double entrende, much to the delight of the SAMW audience. Have a listen: Over The Rainbow
